Lexus SC400 V8-4.0L - Power Steering Pump - Benicia, California
I've been booking Josh every time I need something serviced or repaired. He never disappoints, only IMPRESSES! This time, after fixing the power steering pump, he noted the coolant level low and performed a diagnostic without my asking and finding the leak at the expansion reservoir. He even topped off the coolant for me. I know he spent extra time on my vehicle without being asked. He didn't ask for any additional labor charges even though I know he must have spent extra time. He is a true professional and went out of his way for me! Thanks Josh!!! Much appreciated!
