What is servicing the battery/cables all about?

  • The negative and positive cables are disconnected from the battery
  • The battery terminals, cable ends are cleaned and serviced
  • The battery terminals are reconnected to the battery and the battery is tested
  • The radio code is entered and the stations are reset as needed

I'm a student and my old car needs to last me as long as possible. Jose arrived early, respectfully and honestly diagnosed the problems and suggested the priority repairs I could afford to do at the time.
