I really appreciated Isai's information on the diagnostic inspections that YourMechanic does. However, when he put my windshield wipers back on, it seems like they are not in the correct position. They do not go all the way down below the hood like they should. This morning when I had to use them, the wiper on the driver's side hit the metal surrounding the windshield every time it crossed over. Maybe just an adjustment is needed?

Jonathan was prompt, professional and courteous. We discussed mobile fleet service availability for the installation trucks we run from the shop. The deal from Amazon made the service a no-brainer, but Jonathan's performance has made me more likely to use Your Mechanic again in the future.

All about Oil Pan Gasket Replacement

An oil pan is a metal container that contains the engine oil. The oil pan gasket seals the oil pan to the bottom of the engine. The engine has a lot of moving parts that need to be kept lubricated by the engine oil, without which the parts will damage each other. The oil pan and the gaskets are located under the car and are attached to the bottom of the engine. It is common for the gaskets to wear out and start leaking oil. You will see oil on the ground beneath your car. If the oil is leaking, you may see an engine oil warning light in the dashboard. If you continue to drive your car without the proper amount of oil, you will risk severe damage to the engine.
