Weather- Raining and Thunderstorming Being a first time customer to yourmechanic, I was nervous for my first appointment. Normally, I would have gone to the shop and waited for the work was completed. I found this site and thought the concept is nice and convenient especially how I can use the extra 45 minutes to do things I needed to get done at home instead of waiting at the shop. Tomas still arrived despite the horrible weather. He came early at 10:00 AM and promptly started completing the work of changing 4 rotors and break pads by 10:45 AM. He was friendly and professional.

Chuck was great. He came to assist me with the brakes on my 4runner. After a quick inspection of the vehicle, he realized that replacing the brakes would not solve my issue so he declined to install the new brakes to save me money. He then explained what may be the problem and pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. He also went over everything he noticed in his inspection and further explained how to properly take care of the vehicle. Thanks, Chuck!
