Choeun was very specific in his diagnosis. We had received several suggestions from Honda dealers in the past which were very vague and estimated to be very costly so we never had the issue taken care of; we just left the key in the ignition all the time so it would work (not a good choice). Choeun recommended a locksmith who could rebuild the locking cylinder and when that is complete he will come back and fix the other issues that need to be taken care of on the car. He is very personable and trustworthy.
On time and courteous , very knowledgeable and honest. His experience in my opinion was of a very high level towards maintenance and trouble shooting. I was impressed with his tooling and preparedness on the job as tasked to complete his work in a timely manner with professional attitude and conversation as priceless. Great service!!! My appointment was at 7:00 pm, I was afraid that he was going to cancel at last minute because it was a late afternoon on a weekend day but not He even was 1:30 hr early. 30 min after he was done. I definitely will call him again. Very professional and I can tell by rhe way he answered all my question that he has a lot of experience!!! 5 STARTS FOR SURE!!!
As Always Adrien does a great job. my appointment was for 9, but Adrian showed up about 2:30, due to Having some car issues of his own. but despite this Adrian came and did the job and I'm happy
William was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived very early for the appointment. Had all the parts necessary and finished ahead of schedule. I was on the fence about using Your Mechanic but went with it. William put those fears to rest. Needless to say, I will definitely call him again in the future.
