Service: Pre-purchase inspection at Tracy Volkswagon Logan showed up early and was very friendly. Just by talking to him you can tell he knows what he’s doing. Logan arrived early. Got to work promptly and explained what he was doing. He did a thorough job inspecting the vehicle and identified a couple of items that needed servicing. I appreciate the time he took to perform the 50 point inspection and explain why the other items needed repair/replacement. He was pleasant and informative.
