This was my first experience with Your Mechanic, and I couldn't be more pleased. Robert reached out via text soon after I scheduled my appointment. He stayed in touch throughout the day and, as a result, he was able to get to my car 2 hours earlier than scheduled. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. It wasn't a surprise to hear that my car needs more than a simple repair. Matt actually was a little early for my appointment which was unusual for most service people. He was very polite and friendly. He was well prepared and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his work. His work was very neat with no mess left. He did the job in a very efficient and timely manner. I will schedule him again. The parts used were top shelf, not inferior.
