Graham came out, re-booked me for the next day and didn't charge me for my mistake. He was right on time, did the work in less than an hour and let me know that I was 40% down on my front brakes. Graham arrived on time Sunday morning. Didn't need to install new battery cables. Explained to me that cables were fine, just required a good cleaning around the terminals. Suggested that I use a cable cleaner and sealer to keep cables clean. Installed new battery, car started on first attempt. Graham was friendly & professional. Will use his services again when needed.
