Kevin was great - he was patient and answered all of my questions. I had one of those “my car is making a scary noise” issues, but when we did the test drive, of course the noise didn’t happen. I drove it, he drove it, we both tried to re-create the noise, but my car wouldn’t cooperate. Still, when we got back to my house, Kevin lifted the hood and inspected everything carefully. He did find a possible cause for the noise - only time will tell if he was right.
