The first appointment I scheduled didn't work out and the mechanic didn't show up. I think this was just a glitch with their system because for the rescheduled appointment (with Chris), he didn't even know anything about that previous appointment. Anyway, I gave it a second chance and this time is worked out great! Chris cam (early) when he was supposed to and he was very honest about what I did and didn't need to have done. My previous mechanic told me that I needed more work than I actually did and their quote more than twice what Yourmechanic's price was. Chris took the car for a test drive after he changed the breaks (great idea) to make sure all was good. He pointed out a noise the car was making and explained what it was so that we didn't worry about it, as it was nothing important. He recommended so other services that were needed and I have booked him to come back for those things. I have read mixed reviews but so far, I am very happy with Chris and yourmechanic.com in general. I am telling everyone about it!
