This is my second repair with YourMechanic and Octavios. He's always been on time, and is very polite and really seems knowledgeable. I had to call the help desk to make sure I had scheduled the right repair, they checked the part numbers the dealership gave me and set everything up. I am a big fan of YourMechanic and Octavios. Really love not going to the dealership and I've been happy with all the repairs that he has completed on my car. He's changed break pads and rotors as well as shocks and a transmission fluid flush those were repairs I thought had to be done in a dealership or larger garage. This will be my go to car repair experience from now on.
