Joseph was very polite. He arrived on time. Didn't mind answering questions that I may have. Didn't try to sale me anything that I really didn't need at the moment like some shops would try to do. Was very professional. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I have been looking for a good mechanic for a long time and I think i have found one.
