Very professional, informative, and efficient.
Tien has rapidly become one of my favorite people. During the first inspection I discovered he had worked on my car years ago at a BMW specialty shop. How cool to find someone familiar with my 30 year old vehicle. He always shows up, on time, prepared, friendly and follows through with his paperwork. I am very happy to have reconnected with Tien.
Christian was extremely helpful. He came early and worked very quick to replace my brake switch. As well as some small things he helped fix with no extra charge. My car is very old so there is a few things that I need to get fixed and he pointed them out for next time. He has a lot of knowledge about foreign cars and I wouldn't hesitate to book with him next time.
