Knowledgeable, experienced mechanic. Easy to converse with. Explained and reflected potential concerns. Was able to reasonably resolve issue at hand.
He was very detailed, helpful and a professional. Definitely would call him again, if I had car problems.
Patrick has always been on time and is a great communicator. He researched the issue with my truck and found a faster/cheaper solution to the problem.
