Excellent and fast. Very friendly.
Brian called and actually arrived early which was wonderful for us. He is an excellent mechanic and only replaced the wiper motor as requested without looking for other issues as most dealers do. He stayed with the repair until it was satisfactorily finished.
Chet really knows his stuff! We thought we needed a new windshield wiper motor, but it turned out to be just a small adjustment needed. Chet fixed it right away and we were only charged the labor for the call, even though a part had been ordered. We've used Chet twice, now, and both times he was personable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. While he was here, he also answered some questions for us and gave us a quote for some other much needed repairs. He also made suggestions for things that we would do on our own.
Karla was very professional and kindly explained everything so that even non-savvy car owners like myself could understand what the issues were and how they were going to fix them. They were very thorough and efficient with their time. My front windshield wiper motor and brake lights were all fixed within an hour! I also appreciated their thorough report and additional recommendations to keep our car running smoothly. All in all a wonderful experience. I would definitely trust Karla to work on our car again.
