Really friendly and very open to questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
He was here on time and did exactly what we asked him to do.
Emmette arrived on time and finished within the time estimated. He also helped me with a minor problem with my hood not shutting that was not part of the requested service. He showed me the parts and explained how they worked together with other parts of the car.
