Friendly. Figured out the issue and was able to fix it same day.
My car was making a noise, your guy checked it out and said I only needed a front end alignment. I drove it to work and the ball joint came loose and I had to be towed. The original noise was the bolt that holds the ball joint was loose and the a arm dropped inside of the rim. Your guy did catch this a said it was a alignment problem, this was wrong and it cost me some time on the side of the highway waiting on a tow truck.
