Lavelle performed tasks in a professional and timely manner. His approach to task was positive..professional and polite.as close to perfect that anyone could be.
Rob was great! He showed up a bit early, navigated through my confusing parking lot, and serviced my car in record time! He gave me detailed advice and explained all aspects of his work and recommendations.
I requested a diagnosis since my wipers weren't working. David came out and was hardly here and said the wiper assembly and something else needed to be replaced. The next day, another mechanic came out to do what David recommended. He actually removed the cover of the wiper mechanism and saw that a wire had been disconnected. When it was re-connected, the wipers worked. David did not do a thorough inspection of the issue at all. I would not recommend him.
