Excellent service provided! When I ordered the wrong part(s) he helped me find the correct parts and went to a pick and pull yard when the auto shop had none in stock. He made sure I was only charged for an inspection too.. I scheduled him as my mechanic next week once the correct parts arrive
Noe was great! Showed up on time and was very thorough in his inspection and explaining to me what he found. He didn't find any leaks but did find where the oil I was seeing was coming from, old service work that was preformed by the dealer and not completely cleaned up. Noe then went above and beyond and cleaned up what the dealer left. Thank you Noe, and yourmechanic.com!
Noe quickly determined that the work recommended by the auto shop (power steering pump replacement) was not necessary and wouldn't fix the problem. He did a thorough inspection and showed me exactly where the problem actually was (leaking engine gasket), along with several other issues that the auto shop missed. For each issue he showed me the evidence of the problem, explained whether it was urgent and what complications it could cause, and and provided a rough quote (that the website later showed to be reasonably accurate)
Warranty inspection, done proper with a good explanation of what went wrong. Now the real work begins. The fix.
