Jeng showed up on time and replaced rear brake pads in an efficient manner. He tightened oil plug that was leaking badly from a botched oil change that Eddie from USA auto did 1 month ago. Full inspection and diagnosis was also done. He is quite knowledgeable and could be counted on to perform fair, honest service. I would call him again for future recommended repairs.

On time, went over all items on 60K tune up. Found 2 screws embedded in one of my tires and tipped me off to a leaky rear shock. Cleaned up engine so it looks new.

Arrived on time honest diagnostics

Jen was great, arrived early, found out that my problem was not the thermostat but was the water pump belt. He did not run the price up on me, he saved me money and did an excellent job. I was concerned about giving my credit card number but they did as promised and there was no charge until the work was done. He did leave me a report of things I might want to have fixed in the future. I definitely will use Your Mechanic in the future. Chris S,

Excellent service provided! When I ordered the wrong part(s) he helped me find the correct parts and went to a pick and pull yard when the auto shop had none in stock. He made sure I was only charged for an inspection too.. I scheduled him as my mechanic next week once the correct parts arrive
