Showed up early. Very knowledgeable and patient with me trying to get info. Said what we need to do to fix the issue as well as other recommendations.

Lavells was great to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his level of detail and thoroughness. During the inspection, he identified an issue that would have been an expensive fix had it not been caught early.
