Francisco was personable and seemed honest. He came up with an assessment of the issue in a few minutes and gave me a good idea of what I could expect
Mike was very pleasant and explained everything to me in detail. Our appointment wasn't until 9AM or so but was running a little early and wanted to know if it was all right to come on over, but he didn't want to put us out if it was too early. Not only was he concerned with our "convenience" but was very professional in how he approached things. Solid 10!
Great experience! My car was smoking a ittoe. Lucas came, went through the whole vehicle searching for the cause and included me in the process. It is thought that it might be the radiator cap. Lucas instructed me on what to do and what to look for. If in a 24 hour period it resumes smoking he will return. Did I mention that it was pouring down raining ? Hopefully his recommendation works but if not, I know who to call. Thanks Lucas.
