Polite, professional, prompt and quick.
Whitney comes off as a friend who really cares about your safety. There are many things wrong with my car, me being a clueless non-know-how, and he quickly determined which problems needed to be dealt with first, starting with the root of the problem and explaining why things were wrong. He was careful, thorough, fast to think, and handy. I would definitely choose Whitney again next time.
