great communication

Services by Theodore Tyson Lau

Theo was quick, professional and honest. As a woman getting my car fixed he made me feel comfortable and confident with the service he was providing. I needed all my brakes and rotors replaced, then the tubing was damaged from the previous mechanic. He drove over an hour to grab the new pipe for me.

Services by Ben Smith

Ben did what he was suppose to do based on what the prior mechanic wrote. So. I am not blaming Ben. but i am holding the previous Mechanic responsible for all this mess! However, I originally requested an inspection or diagnosis of what was wrong. I described what was happening but the first mechanic DID NOT do a diagnostic. He just took my word based on my description of what was happening. I asked for an inspection when I called in which wasn't done. Ben repaired what the previous guy wrote down was wrong. After Ben repaired was supposedly wrong, he did not drive it to see if it was okay. So, after he left. I drioe it and it was doing the same thing. I called him back and he came back and said it needed an adjustment and drove it and it was fine. Then I drove it and it was fine. Then my son came and got it and drove it about 5 miles and the same thing started happening but even worse. I left a message with Ben and he said it could be the Caliper. If a true diagnostic is not done and was never done. I am not paying for anything else and I should get credit toward whatever it is finally found out because I would be wasting money like I already have. I WILL NEVER NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT YO ANYONE. The first Mechanic did not do a diagnostic cause if he had then I would have truly known what was wrong. Carol Blair
