Richard was actually early for our appointment. He was friendly. Richard went out of his way to explain what he was doing and even took the time to educate me about my car. Positive attitude.
Nikolay was exceptional! My Eurovan had a ton of small issues that he had to work through. He was detailed and patient. Would recommend him to anyone, very intelligent. Thank you Nikolay, I will be hiring you again!
Simon was assigned to my case because i needed my brake drums replaced and brake fluid changed also my cylinder was leaking in my drum. Price was fair and cheaper than dealership price. Appointment was at 11pm and Simon got to me at 3:00pm. He kept me updated about my appointment because i did ask him to add a service on so we had to wait till the piece arrived . Other than that it went great not sure how the breaks are supposed to feel but i do see new brake drums. I would recommend his service.
