Showed up early, which worked well for me. Communicated prior to appointment, to confirm-which I appreciated. Thorough and resolved my needs for this service appointment. Was knowledgeable and competent in explaining to me the needs my vehicle required today and will be needing in the near future. All in all, very good service appointment, was a little lengthy-but understood based upon the diagnosis and my car not making the noise right away.

Nikolay is a fantastic, highly-skilled mechanic. He arrived early and stayed nearly 5 hours to fix my old car’s overheating problem(s) after a previous mechanic failed to do so. It’s now thankfully running perfectly. After some back and forth, Yourmechanic honored their warranty claim and completed the repeat repair work at no cost, which I very much appreciate.
