Larry was very nice. He was punctual and easy to talk to. Instead of being switched around to other people, I would have preferred to deal with Larry throughout the entire process. I think we would have been informed throughout the entire process of what the problem was.
I have already recommended yourmechanic.com to 3 ladies at work who are experiencing car problems, they are just waiting to see if the too good to be true service is true and accurate...watch out! It is true. Both eindows were FIXED here at my home, with in the time frame that was given,AND at half the price other retailers were quoting. I AM SO HAPPY right now, and have many other car issues to be attended too that i couldnt afford before, but now with the help of Adam and his associates i am a believer that you can have a car without payments and still afford the repairs with out having to trade up.
