Showed up on time (earlier than expected). Did the job in timely manner. Cleaned up after himself. Was courtesy, knowledgeable, and friendly.
On time,efficient and very knowledgeable. I am done taking my vehicles to a repair shop where it takes forever and the costs are through the roof. Ed completed repair on time and I never left my house ! Looks like I have found a good mechanic. Thx again.
I was a little nervous about having a mechanic come to my home and work on my vehicle, but I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Joseph Jock is a Rockstar Mechanic!! Arrived on time, replaced everything on the list and then some. The wrong part was accidentally ordered, but no problem for Mike and Andrea at yourmechanic.com. They resolved the issue without charging me more than quoted even though the part and labor was more expensive. Joseph drove over 60 miles roundtrip to pick up the right part and install it. YOU CAN TRUST YOURMECHANIC.COM!!
