Martin was very professional and a pleasure to have work on my car. This has been the most convenient way I've ever had my car worked on and I am immediately pleased with Martin and "your mechanic". Anyone looking to have their car worked on should be very happy to have Martin as your mechanic. Will be a returning customer
Extremely rude and condescending about my lack of knowledge about my car. Didn't respond to any of my messages for 2 days, was 50 minutes late, looked at my car, told me he couldn't fix it. Spent a total of 25 minutes at my house then charged me for 2 hours of my time. Then, Your Mechanic was completely unhelpful, customer service is thoroughly lacking. Still incredibly unhappy and still have a broken car.
