Ken did an outstanding job on the service I requested. He also did a full inpection on my vehicle and found an issue that could have been very dangerous. That problem has been corrected. Thanks Ken for your attention to detail.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. Magyar arrived an hour late, cut corners, bought 2 containers of antifreeze to do a flush and left them with me because obviously that wasn’t done. He was unprofessional and seemed to be bothered that I was sticking around to be sure that he knew his way around under the hood. My vehicle misfiring and not able to be driven now but was fully operable before he touched it. Magyar would not know this because he was in such a rush to leave. In fact his own assessment of the engine was extremely good but now it stalls out due to a rough idle and has constant misfires. What mechanic does work on your car and doesn’t drive it before or after doing the work. It was a horrible experience and I will be requesting another mechanic to follow up. Do not allow this guy to ever touch your car!!! Awesome concept and convenient at the time but now a huge inconvenience as I cannot drive a car that simple had routine maintenance completed. $550 for a spark plug change is steep but even worse when it wasn’t even done right.
