David is the only reason why I will ever use your mechanic again. The experience has been a nightmare over 4 mos. No excuse for you. Dave is the only person who made this right. You need more of him and better customer service. I'm surprised you are still in business and I wonder if you have taken advantage of me because I'm a woman.
