William did an excellent job. Although my appointment was on a Sunday, he called in advance and told me he could come on Saturday if my scheduled was open. He arrived on time and completed my repairs in no time at all. He was very nice and friendly. I would definitely use him again.
With my rear passenger window in the down position and since my car is 15 yrs old will not fix the driver window up and down, Jeff managed to put my window in the up position permanently. Will get the part if i decide to sell the car. Jeff knows every inch of the car and spent alot of time figuring out what was the problem was since the new part did not fix it. Will never use anyone else!!!!
