This is my second experience with yourmechanic.com and both transactions have been great. Manny was extremely understanding when my tow truck was late arriving with my vehicle to the designated location. When I arrived he shook my hand and introduced himself, then quickly went to work diagnosing and resolving the issue. I was extremely happy with the outcome of this appointment and my car is safely back on the road!

Emanuel did a great job - when the dealership refused to put the car up on the lift so he could inspect it, he just crawled underneath the car right in the parking lot. Glad he did too - discovered a leaky head gasket that would have been a ~$1k-2k repair in less than a couple years. I had this confirmed with another mechanic as well (since the dealership didn't believe me).

Emanuel was amazing in making sure I understood , what was being done to the car. He verified if car needed both brakes and rotors. Only after test driving the car he went ahead and replaced both. This is clearly shows he just doesn't perform what you asked for..he goes above and beyond to make sure car gets the right attention it needs,nothing more or nothing less.

The dealer service groups just rip you off. If you have to take your car to the dealer to get your car fixed, it would be good to have Manny in your corner.

When it comes to experiences with a mechanic, this has been the absolute best and most pleasureful $$$ I've ever spent. I do not trust people under the hood of my cars but hands down I wouldn't hesitate to call this mechanic to do anything for me. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to GM cars even ones made in Finland such as my Saab. We had a dialogue about potential issues and problems that he could find with this particular car and he gave me honest feedback about this purchase. Upon inspecting the car he found absolutely nothing wrong with it and he was honest very thorough and addressed every concern that would have been a deal breaker for this purchase. Unfortunately I am NOT from the Massachusetts area but if I were he would be the only person I would recommend to put his hands under the hood of my car.
