Joel showed up and did exactly what was needed to be done. After watching Joel work for about 10 minutes it's very obvious he knows his stuff
Tabitha was on time (early) to the appointment, she was courteous and explained everything she did, and why she was making the recommendations that she made.
Marco was great, very knowledgeable and more importantly very friendly.
