Nicholas showed up on time. He took his time to find out what my problem was and gave me a detailed account of what I needed. Very professional and personable. I will be booking him for more work.

Showed up on time as promised. Took all the time necessary to properly diagnose the problem and shared the information I needed to make a decision to repair. Completed the service competently. Could have replaced parts I did not need but gave me an honest assessment and recommended only what was necessary. Highly recommended
