Mr. Mohammed diagnosed my car to determine that the problem was, in fact, my battery. He quickly and efficiently replaced my old battery with a new one and my car is up and running again!
This was my first time utilizing the service and I am impressed. Blake is friendly, professional and thorough. He took care of the brakes on my Mini Cooper and saved me a lot of money. The quotation was itemized for each part and the labor. The cost was exactly as quoted. He brought to my attention a minor problem that I should take care of now before it becomes a major problem and I fully intend to have him provide that service, as well. I am very satisfied and will recommend this service to others without hesitation.
Timely arrival. Courteous and polite. I had my car inspected after taking it to the dealership for my annual oil change. Of course, as usual, the dealership always finds problems that require repair. This time they said it was an oil leak and fuel leak. This information is never conveyed by a mechanic to give you the opportunity to ask questions; but is conveyed instead by the person who checks you in and out. Then I was presented with a quote over $1300 to make the repairs. Since I have never seen evidence of a leak, I decided to get a second opinion from Your Mechanic. To make a long story short, at this time, I now have the peace of mind to drive my car minus a $1300 deposit at the dealership. Thanks Brandon!
