Have you ever had the fortune of finding a mechanic that was prompt, courteous, and competent? Well, that pretty much summarizes Richard. It's clear that Richard takes pride in his work, and is good at what he does. I'll definitely request him for future repairs/maintenance through YourMechanic.
Richard was prompt and courteous. While doing the requested work, he found an issue that was covered under warranty, reported it to YourMechanic, and scheduled a future appointment for the warranted repair. He has consequently completed that work, well within the timeframe, and my car is 100% again. Thanks Richard!
