Tyrone was great and on time. I had a minor setback but he patiently waited while it was resolved.
Jerome was not helpful and helping e determine if my vehicle is repairable. I requested to have my battery changed since the car was not starting but Jerome Did not replace the battery instead he recommends a battery change for my next appointment. The car is not working but he recommended tire rotation. My objective is too get my vehicle back on the road if possible and Jerome isn’t the guy to help me do that. I could have very well requested the wrong service. Maybe I should have requested a diagnostic because where Jerome did was a waste is money. It was looking for a report that included how badly damaged the car is. He mentioned that some part of my car was pushed back too far to open the hood. Why wasn’t they in a report Instead of recommending an battery replacement that he didn’t do on his call and it was requested. Very disappointed.
