Very prompt (arrived early), courteous, and professional! Patiently answered all questions, and thoroughly explained things in complete detail. Received periodic email and text updates as to when the mechanic will arrive (GPS tracking through portal), and received a call once he arrived. Thanks William - I will certainly request your services/expertise in the near future.
