Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He listened to what I needed about trying to gauge overall mechanical condition of recently purchased used car and took the time for a thorough inspection. Then when I took his information for an even further detailed inspection in a garage, he was very accurate in his assessment and most likely saved me from more serious problems in the future.
