Great guy! Good communication and very courteous. Diagnosed and repaired my idle issues in a short timeframe. I can't remember when my car has run this good!
Theodore was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to get parts and have it fixed. This was my first time using YourMechanic Service. I was very pleased with Theodore's performance and would refer him to anyone needing service done on their car. I will continue to have him work on my vehicles in the future.
Theo did a tremendous job. I was skeptical about this service being able to work on my BMW (thermostat/water Pump). Theo knew exactly what he was doing and completed the task in about 4.5 hours. This service allows me to provide my own parts and control labor costs. Yes, I will use this service again, I had a 5 star experience.
