Trung did a great job and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road.
Kenny was very informative and down to business. Diagnosed my problem, quickly ordered the parts,scheduled a time to come back, and provided the cost all in a few taps of his phone. I thought it was great having him roll up to my driveway and fix my car while I was in the comfort of my home. By the time i got inside I had an email with the invoice and new appointment.
Goes above an beyond i had an appointment the next day but he was able to come in early. Did what need to be done.
Mr. Bacle did a nice job installing the Electric Choke. However he did a miserable job tuning the engine! He left not completing his job. I was charged for completing the job, which was not done properly regarding the tune up. He made an appointment the next day and confirmed it to me that he will finish the job of fine tuning the engine. Somebody in you organization cancelled this appointment. I request to be charged only for the hook up of the Electric Choke. So I am asking for a reduction of what you charged me. Thank you. Manny Travao, an expert, who installed my new engine successfully did the job of tuning the engine properly on 9-19-2013. Respectfully Peter D. Huber
