Working with Derrick was great. He showed up on time, went through the repairs with me, and answered any questions I had.
Telephone communication with Customer Service is not good. I talked someone and he promised to call back, and then he won't. I call back and put me on hold long time and I asked you to automatically call back. Different person call me and I had to explain again. He promised to call me back and he won't. May be I am impatient. You must make bette communication as a whole in order to promote your business. (R.Yi)
Nicest guy, but really struggled with our car. I hate leaving bad reviews, and usually only leave positive comments, but this was a pretty bad experience for us. After taking hours and hours to replace our axle, the car was making horrendous noises. Stefan was quick to come back and was very friendly, and seemed to know what the problem was. He fixed part of the noise, but we still had a strange clunking sound. After taking the car to get the alignment done elsewhere the next week, the mechanic discovered that Stefan had left a bolt almost completely un-screwed on the axle! He said it would have been "absolutely catastrophic" if the bolt had come out. And from the looks of it, it was going to fall out any second. The mechanic that did our alignment fixed this problem for free, but recommended using someone who pays attention to details.
