Josh is a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He arrived on time to the appointment and took the time to explain any problems or concerns during his inspection. This is his second time servicing my car, he is welcomed back anytime! Thanks josh.
He ran into trouble but he called me to let me know he would be late. The service was very good.
