Tien was very competent, explaining everything that he did and the reasons for it. He was clearly well qualified, quite apart from being friendly and receptive to questions.
Excellent service and easy to work with; pleasant demeanor and punctual. Took the time to explain the inspection and showed me pictures of all the areas that need attention.
Tien called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment, I said yes and he came then. He got the work done with changing the starter and I am happy that our car will now start.
