Extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Francisco quickly identified two potential areas causing the leak and provided a simple fix to stop the problem.
Francisco was very knowledgeable on tracking down the correct parts for my repair...the BOOKS were telling us one thing but that was not right ...He had it all figured out in Ten minutes .
