LOVE YourMechanic. He told me what he was doing, showed me what he was talking about. He didnt treat me like a "stupid woman" like most mechanics do. I felt very comfortable and safe with them. They gave me an estimate, sent me all the info in an email. I would totally use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Professional and punctual but in a hurry. Told me my car "probably just needed gas" and offered to return a a later date if that was not the issue gratis. While I appreciate the sentiment it did not help me then and there, further delaying normalcy in my life. Can't speak to his competency (though in speaking with others he should of been able to get a system code from my car?) but the service was lacking.
