To whom it may concern: I was greatly pleased with the professional, efficient and professionalism of  Mr. Joseph Smith.  He arrived early introduced and identified himself.  Did an excellent job on my car got it started and working.  I will have to share with my family & friends. I truly believe when people do a GREAT job they should be acknowledge and commended. Thank You Anna
