Ruben is very knowledgeable and precise with his work ethic. I am very pleased that it was him that was sent to me. He's very friendly and professional and hopefully I can use him again when calling MY MECHANIC. Thanks!!
Mechanic came out prior to the appointment time without contacting me and letting me know and because of that, I was not available to inspect/question any services that was completed. Mechanic did not come back out, my car is still not fixed, my car is not working properly and now I have to wait additional days without my car to get looked at again.
