John was awesome. He installed a new 12 V battery in a 2007 Prius that had not been driven for over a year. He inspected the vehicle for fluids and maintenance that would be considered for a 100k checkup. He reviewed what he found and gave input to things most important to consider attention now. He did thorough work and the experience was convenient and affordable as compared to going to the dealership. Will definitely use this service again.

Sharp guy. Hooked up his $5000 diagnostic tool and found that a fault in the transmission was causing the control module to "deny start". He turned off this command with his diagnostic tool and the car started, and the fault did not return. John recommend to have the car repaired, that it was likely to have the fault again sometime later, and may "deny start" again. He found a relay that was likely going bad and perhaps causing the fault. I will replace that relay just in case The whole cost was $117, less than a tow to the repair shop.

John earned my trust as a professional. He was honesrt and transparent, diligent and goes above and beyond to save me the money. He invested his own extra time and didn't ask for extra pay. John replaced one of the front struts on my minivan. A strut stick to a wheel bearing and corroded to the point where it was almost impossible to disconnect it without breaking the bearing. Thanks to John's patience and hard work he was able to disconnect patiently and slowly instead of hammering it off. Saved me the money at the expense of his own time. He also did a free car inspection and explained the inspection outcomes in detail. The work took way longer than scheduled and John worked at night to keep up with the schedule and don't break other customers' trust. He was driving my van away to save neightborhood from the noise. John earned my trust and I will definitely work with him again
